  • Periscope mirror

After the propellor steering wheel project, i have started a new project on the side and can finally present the end result and the pieces of art that made the periscope mirror.

The periscope mirror was one of the options one could buy, but due to the fact that some front windshields cracked while operating the periscope; it was not advised to mount them anymore. I have made a few changes, like removing the retention spring and stop, so the risk of cracking the windshield is reduced.

See the results; hope you fellow Spyker enthousiasts can appriciate this project as much as my propellor project ?

Hi, I am assembling them without the retraction spring. The spring caused the mirror to retract violantly resulting in a cracked window. Now you need push the mirror back into position.
