If you want to downsize from the Cayenne the next generation Cayenne may be a good option

Why? Because the next generation Cayenne will be smaller and lighter than the current generation.

Well sure, they are spy pics though. The interior looks a bit much like a Nokia cellphone if you ask me

I love the central tach. I miss that in the Cayenne.

Today, I got two of the press pictures of the Panamera in the mail from Porsche, as part of a mass mailing to potential customers.

I'm starting to like this car a bit more, but the back remains ugly. The rapide is slowly reaching production stage to. Let's look at some competition
jaguar xf, lambo estoque (proto), maserati quattroporte & aston martin rapide (spypics)

I honestly don't think the Jaguar XF should be in this list......

I'm starting to like the Panamera.... Wonder what it looks like in real life.
Looking at it more it's not very different in concept to a NEW 7-series or S-class, it's BIG!!

                  The choice:
Audi A8 (or maybe in future a A7 AUDI A7
                  BMW 7
                  MB S
                  Maserati Quatroporte
                  Porsche Panamera
Aston Martin Rapide (Why not Lagonda??)
                  Lambo Estoque (when finished)

And i've said it before: Spyker 4-door saloon ......

Even photoshopping the Spyker, you can't go wrong.

Given the snowy circumstances in winter upstate, Rijk needs 4WD.

The front of the Panamera is not bad, but the back is too big and not beautiful--> Would prefer the Rapide !!

The Jaguar Xf is indeed too small, it is more the size of a 5 Series/ E-Class. You can compare it with the Mercedes CLS which is also based on the E-Class and also not so big.

Don't agree with you You can compare the Quattroporte with the Jaguar XJ the XF is a lot cheaper and can be better compared to smaller cars.

                              Prices (Dutch)
                              Jaguar XF 4.2 S/C: 120.000 euro
                              Maserati Quattroporte: 167.000 euro
