I would like to join, I hope the Spyker company still exists by then, I have my doubts...
So I suggest a date in November, to be sure.

Wy do you doubt? I don't think that there is a big chance that they won't survive 2010. A company that is developing several new products won't go bankrupt that fast because with these products (Aileron, Aileron spyder and D8 P-to-P) that will attract a much bigger "audience" than the C8 SWB, this way they also attract new investors. I think they have enough strength to survive this crisis and start a whole new chapter in the Spyker-history. Right now, they just have to build cars and attract new customers by showing the company at car shows and other occasions. No other excessive activity. But thats my modest opinion.

It looks like Spyker will not sell many C8 Ailerons this year, production startup is running late. Spyker will make a big loss in 2009. Maybe 2010 wil be better, but the future of Spyker is now in the hands of the Snoras bankers. Are they prepared to inject more millions of cash? Spyker loses money on every car they make, this cannot continue forever. So that's why I thought we could better do the factory visit this year...

Spyker does not lose money on every car they make!

The costs for marketing, transportation, developments are currently not in proportion to the number of sold Spykers. To set a new brand on the global map you need lots of money and time. Snoras will give them this time.

Nothing indicates that there would be money problems. On the contrary, there are currently many activities and the production of the Aileron is in full swing.

Also with the Spyker Squadron everything is working well. They made incredible results last year . There are only very positive developments underway.

I do not know where you found your information but don't call something when you only think something.

Compare Spyker to Aston Martin.

Aston Martin lost money on every car they made during the first 80 years!!! (1913-1993 unveiling of the DB7). Until the arrival of the DB7 under Ford Management and production start in 1994.
During this period the company had numerous owners. At one time the company was tossed around like a hot handgranate. (Years before 1981)
Aston Martin - The Company - History Timeline

They are very alive today!!

With the Aileron Spyker is entering its second fase of its life. I am very confidend Spyker will have the tools to compete in the luxury car market. Compare the Aileron with the DB9.......
