    1939 (?) Mercedes Benz F1 race car. Had not been driven for 50 years. Had the track all to itself, sounded great, but could not get out of second gear.

                    Yesterday we went to the Fairfield Concourse. There were at least 200 cars, on invitation only, so there were no duplicates

                    There were multiple Ferraris, but only one of each model, and basically no modern ones.

                    There was a fantastic classic Alfa Romeo collection, including Jim Glickenhaus's 8C and the Bertone designed Bat 11 prototype.

                    Now the bad news: I made a lot of pictures, but accidentally left the camera upstate
