But apart from that the 612 is a nice solution. It isn't hard core like the F430, but it is certainly far more sports car than the 456.

I was reading in the Exotic Car Buyers Guide magazine that the weight of a 612 is 4065 LB and the 599 GTB is 4056 LB. That is only 9 LB difference. Can that be true?

Same magazine also calls out the length of both cars as 193 Inches.

Wasn't there ar rumour that Ferrari was working on a AWD system? Especially in relation to the 612...

It's wrong. However, especially with weights it is very hard the compare apples to apples.

Tomorrow my wife and I are going to check out the 612 at the Ferrari Store (no dealer, just a store) on Park Avenue in New York.
