Dear Jasper,

I think you made a very wise decision not to buy this Spyker #125.

The Spyker is in very bad condition. Not withstanding that the seller informed that the car was in good condition i.e. that he went to the Netherlands to get Spyekr parts to fixed the Spyker in one of the best workshop in Dubai and that aluminium was used that was even better than Spyker used, he informed !!

Attached some more pictures regarding the "repaired" Spyker Laviolette C8 (VIN XL9BA11G39Z363125) from Dubai.

The owner informed +/- 30.000 km. The person who inspected this Spyker in Dubai thought > 200.000 km.

Mine has 25k miles and looks showroom new in comparison to #125. What a shame it has been so poorly looked after.

A Dubai car must have about the highest wear of any place in the world. Sand and heat. Grinding and drying out. Sand in the sealed lights, sand in the engine sand in the gas tank, sand in the brake fluid, sand everywhere....

The heat will have dried out all rubber components......

Easy to make a car look like a 120K miles(200K km) at 30,000 km.
