This is the fastest diesel I could find for the budget that my boss gave me to find a car. It's my second FR and I really like seats, they give a lot of car for your money, especially if you compare it to VW's.

Pterps, good choice! I personally think you can better get a Skoda or Seat instead of a VW as your getting the same kit anyway, but definitely with a much better price/quality/performance ratio.

        Those FR's are fast cars!

I drive a 159 SW (also lease car) and will try to post some pictures later.

My next choice would be a Skoda Octavia RS Combi TDI 170, same engine but more space. I really need the space with a 9 month old girl

I got this car in August 2007, I drove 43.000 so far

If you can get a torque wrench that will do 650lbs, it won't be hard to repair it. I have done my fair share of that one. You need to remind her that turning in to a curve too early is the #1 mistake of novice race car drivers

                            I think i can relate.....
                            I drive a Golf 5 2.0TDI chiptuned to 175hp/385nm as a everyday runner.
I´ve had it up to 240km/h
With 200km/h on the speedo it still accelarates UP a 10% HILL!! Really love the pulling power.
It looks like a standard Golf, which means nobody will expect a fast acceleration. Lots of fun.
Had it since 10-2006 and done 73.000km so far.

This is my ´toy´. I´ve just finished restoring my 328GTS and took it to Ferrari Import Kroymans this morning. Hopefully they will have it ready in 3 to 4 weeks time.

That is one big torque. How much does a Golf weigh nowadays?

                                6kg more than a Spyker C8 Spyder
