Warm-up

During the warm-up session, Tom Coronel did only three very slow laps. Apparantly there was something wrong:

According to the latest Spyker Squadron twitter message:

"Coronel says that he feels a 'click' in the brake pedal. The team is trying to find the source."

It's still 5 hours before the start of the race so I assume they will be able to fix this before the race!

I will watch the race with some friends and won't be able to post there, but I will leave you with some photographs and wish you all a very good race. And let's all chear for Spyker to finish the race!

Tom is in the car now and easy on throttle. The car is running in 10th position.

The car is running a decent pace, if it can hold for 24 hours I think we'll have a good finish, but no need to wear the car out at this point. Also, the car has gotten a fair amount of tv time on SPEED (American channel broadcasting the race...), well, maybe the same as others, i don't know, the car just might be more recognizable.

Tom just set the fastest lap of the race for Spyker. So much for "easy on throttle"
