I have seen more of these tests on video in the Spyker factory. At some point a member of the cameracrew gets really sick in a Mercedes SL and as he didn't bring a litlle bag well he opened the window and gets rid of his lunch. I don't think this is anywhere on the internet. Maybe someone from Spyker can show us this material.

Thanks for the other video's, I enjoyed them.

The link works for me. Does anyone else have problems watching it?
Maybe you need a codec pack? I don't know

I think that that is the C12 that is parked in Victor Mullers office (and that can never come out unless you demolish the facade). That must be the first one made. The handling and braking must have been terrible.

I love Victor's reaction when Rob Kamphues says "Michel Vaillant!".

Victor: "Michel Vailliant? He was a comic hero! This is reality man!" GREAT!

                    Hans,

You should keep your C8's and 8C's straight.

Indeed. Problem is is that I've been an Alfista for several decades. So to help me, Victor should have used the 8C in stead of C8. Let's face it: 8C(ylinder) makes more sense

If it is your Spyker C8 I am missing one small detail:

The silverish paint with the handwritten #107 on the door sill is very light, and I'm not sure it isn't there. It might just be a matter of lighting. There are many other reasons to believe that it is #107

I knew that when I got that Spyker #107, that it had 15,000 HARD miles on it. If it was a Ferrari I would stay away from it.

The good side is that the car has been well maintained and updated through its life, because it represented the factory, and it is blindingly fast because it has been flogged.

Sometimes I suspect that manufacturers have the cars that the magazines test are somehow a little faster than standard, but I have no idea if that is the case here.

I think you are right about that, just like they upgraded the suspension for track use on the car they tested by Top Gear for the fastest lap.
